What's inside
This repo packages the whole hands-on workshop so you can run it at your own pace: deploying an autonomous OpenClaw agent to a VPS, shaping its behavior through living Markdown files (user.md, heartbeat.md), connecting real-world APIs on free and trial tiers, and setting up proactive Heartbeat logic so the agent acts on its own.
Why it exists
Workshops die when the projector turns off unless the material stands on its own. This repository is built to survive the room - README-first, step-by-step exercises with checkpoints, troubleshooting tables, and explicit backup plans for when the VPS, API, or conference Wi-Fi lets you down.
